The Budding Writers League (BWL) is a community-based organisation set up to promote interaction, support, and learning between writers in Singapore.
What makes us different from other similar set-ups is our dedication to developing, publishing, and promoting Singapore writers and Singapore writing.
We are a non-profit community driven platform for budding writers that is open to all ages. We hold monthly workshops and have a strong online presence that provides both critique and support as well as publishing opportunities for aspiring writers.
We offer a comprehensive package that takes a budding writer from the development stage where he learns to improve his writing, through to the refinement stage where he prepares his work for publication, and continues to support the same writer by promoting his work after publication.
All this is made possible because of the inherent supportive nature of a community based on a common area of interest. Read our FAQ
